Detection Configuration
If <Motion Detection> is enabled, the motion detection parameters should be setup.
Select a channel in <Channel Select>, and then click <Detection Config>. The
Detection Configuration menu displays as follows.

- Detected Area Setup
The Detected Area, consisting of 192 (16×12) detection grids, is
displayed as below. Follow the steps to setup the detected area.
Click and drag the mouse to select or de-select a detection area. A
pull-down list will be displayed after the mouse is released.
Select <Block Select> to set the grid(s) as a motion detection area,
or select <Cancel> to abort.
Then, right click the USB mouse, another pull-down list, which
include <Select All>, <Deselect All>, and <Confirm>, will be shown.
Click on <Select All> to select all grids as motion detection area.
Alternatively, select <Deselect All> to deactivate all grids.
After the setting is completed, right click and select <Confirm> to
save the setting, and return to the <Detection Config> menu.
- Sensitivity
This item is used to set the sensitivity of detection grids. A greater
value indicates more sensitive motion detection. A motion alarm will be
triggered once the amount of motion detected area exceeds the
Threshold value.
Adjust the value by clicking the UP / DOWN buttons next to
<Sensitivity>. The value is increased by 4% increment.
